Cardigans, cardigans, cardigans!

Cardigans are such a simple piece of an outfit and can completely finish it and make it wonderful. We're seeing a lot of these and that's because men look drop dead sexy in them, and women look great as well. Plus us girls have so many different choices as far as styles of cardigans!

Retro Dresses

What's the difference between vintage and retro? Vintage is well, vintage, it's super old. Retro is basically a copy of something vintage. I've always had an attraction to vintage things and I'm excited to see people wearing retro clothing everywhere I look! Retro dresses are phenomenal, if I see one, TAKE MY CASH AND CREDIT CARDS FROM ME. I cannot deny these things no matter how how I try. That's how amazing they are. Seriously, check them out.

Flouncy Floral Print Skirts!

Oh how I admire floral print skirts, and the flouncy style is simply gorgeous. This has to be one of my favorite pieces that complete my wardrobe. They're cute yet sexy, and floral print is to die for. They can be worn with a dressy top and heels, or a t-shirt and combat boots.  There's no way a girl couldn't look gorgeous in one of these!

Flannel Shirts With Graphic T's

There's something about an unbuttoned flannel shirt over a graphic tee that gives your style a trendy grunge feel. There's so many different ways to wear them, it's crazy. Wear them with skinny jeans, shorts, skirts, high heels, flats, flip flops, combat boots. Seriously, the possibilities are endless I love it!

So, go to Urban Outfitters and find some sick graphic tee's, then hit up American Apparel for some flannel shirts, darling.

Flat Ankle Boots

We're seeing a lot of flat ankle boots lately. They're great for Fall, Winter, and even some of spring. They can be worn with lots of different things. My favorite way to wear them is with black stockings and denim shorts. They also look killer with skinny jeans and a cardigan, or with long sleeved dresses, as well as over size sweaters and leggings/stockings.

DENIM JACKETS!

Denim jackets have weaved their way in and out of style since the 60's. We're seeing them all over since Summer 2011. I think they might be here to stay this time. If not, it doesn't matter to me because I'll always have one in my closet! They're simple item that can completely transform and outfit and make it look that much better.  I love how universal denim jackets are, they're just that item in your closet that you can take off of the hanger and throw over anything and have it look pretty sweet.

Here's Reese Witherspoon rockin' a mega hot mini dress, a denim jacket, and a fedora hat. I absolutely adore the indie vibe of this look. Also keep in mind, fedora hats are NOT for everyone. If they're not for you, trade it out for a knit beanie hat, those work on everybody. In this photo she's wearing sandals which totally work, but if it's a little too chilly to wear them, try some combat boots! To push it even a little further try knee socks or knee high stockings with combat boots like this:

This is Kim Kardashian wearing a denim jacket over a maxi dress. I love this it's laid back, effortless beauty. Personally, I think if you live by the beach, go shoeless with this look. Otherwise, flip flops are ideal.

A denim jacket plus high wait shorts equals AMAZING. I love this look. For shoes with this look I love closed toe platform heels, with the waist of the shorts it make legs look killer!

Jean Shorts and Stockings

Jean shorts and stockings are a look that a lot of people are unsure about. Personally, I think they look sick and everybody should be rockin' them. Here's a couple different photos to show how you can wear them:

Black stockings are normally what you see with this look, but don't be afraid to step OUTSIDE of the box, that's what fashion is all about.

I think the best thing to do in order to get these shorts isn't to go out and buy new shorts, but take old jeans and cut them into shorts. Then you can roll them up to get the cuff, or leave them unrolled to get the fray.
